There was no venture capital, no franchise playbook. Just Mark, a veteran with his tools, and a reputation built one job at a time across Ruston.

The work grew by word of mouth. Homeowners called their neighbors. Neighbors called their friends. The company stayed veteran-owned and family-operated, and today it's led by Mark's sons, Michael & John. Now Mark Johnson & Sons Plumbing serves all of North Louisiana with a crew of licensed, in-house technicians — no subcontractors, no middlemen.
